this fits scout nicely, I hope that not only is this torso item in the game, but scout gets fisticuffs type melee like knuckledusters, finger-less boxing gloves and boxing bandages.

I love this model of scout.

I know that reason but still it's difficult to use this cosmetic during the process whil using SFM. ;-;

the bip flaps are jigglebones designed for the in-game cosmetic, they happen to be carried over for the SFM version, it's an extra thing you can manipulate :u

Hey Hot Rod the Coat of the wolves cosmetic may seem cool although I was wondering, why not remove the bip flaps? Well they may seem accurate although wouldn't it help out when you're using it in SFM. Or did you add it so you can have the flaps wobble around I guess.

It absolutely did. Thanks so much! Much love for getting some KOF gear into the mainstream TF2 artwork community, absolutely loving it.
