also make sure its priority within the steam mods is set high enough and theres no other custom soundtracks enabled

Make sure, music level is set to loud in the general game Options. It's also possible that you have to restart steam to install the soundpack.

i have the soundtrack, but i dont hear any musik, something i missed?
