Red Robin (Mortal Kombat 2)

Before Ermac dropped, there was another red ninja that supposedly existed in the SNES port of Mortal Kombat 2. He was a super-fast Scorpion and nothing else, so basically one of the few rumored characters that seems completely plausible by Midway's standards.

His moveset here is cobbled from MK2 Scorpion, an MK Armageddon creation showcase, and a Mortal Kombat Project 4.1 iteration. I also wanted to stay true to the magazine's claims that he's extremely fast and is adapt at throwing, so this character reflects both of those and has a wide array of spinning techniques alongside the rest of his striking moves.

His AI is also set to prioritize grapples more often. His costumes are:

- Mortal Kombat 2 (primary)
- Mortal Kombat 1 (2P)
- exact colors from EGM article (3P)
- Robin from Batman but now he's red (4P)
