King Rasta Mon

My edited version of MacKenus King "Rasta" Mon/ Missing IQ Gomes, all i did was to change the moves, parameters and add + 3 attires. all credit is due to him. The original can be found at his workshop.

The non-green, non- electric blanka got some stat buffs and plenty of new moves, including biting and sitting in people's faces, his weapon attacks were removed because despite Rasta being wild, i've never seen him fighting dirty to the point of stabbing people with forks, but he got some badass slams and suplexes as a tradeoff.

One of his attires is the exact rendition of his official artwork, the other one is Ring of Destruction sprite recolor, and the last one is kind of comical, because it's him in underwear and barefooted, that's how i think he got by while living in the jungle with monkeys and everything...

AI logic was done by MacKenus, if you've been paying attention to my Muscle Bomber tweaks thus far, you already noticed that i don't fiddle with the wrestlers logic. I dont see a reason to do so.
