Nordic Federation

Description
A very small Mod to bring a Nordic Federation into the game.

Playing Norway and doing the Focus Political Effort of the Generic Tree will fire the event to create the Federation.
Gives new Names, new Capital, Territory of Denmark, Sweden and Aland as

Well you can use the scandinavian flag instead.

"Estonia in to Nordic?" Nope. Even if there are movements for that today, it would've been the same problem as with finland and soviet influence during that time.
This WW2-NordicFederation starts out more as a union of scandinavians and scandinavian-settled countries
