Description

This mod renames Bulgaria to Vulgaria and replaces Tsar Boris III with Baron Bomburst I, from the classic children's film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

There needs to be a mod that just outright replace Bulgaria with Vulgaria. Adisors, Focuses, Events, the works.
