Rigging as extracted from the game, rig_biped_simple - compatible.
The beard has custom jigglebones.
No faceposing.
Sword has separate textures for hilt, blade and the cloth wraps.
Crossbow thing has bones controlling different parts.
Expanded AO support achieved by splitting transparent parts of the base mesh into separate materials.
