I'm subscribed to most mods via the Skyrim Nexus (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/) - here's the list (in image form because hell, I'm not typing all that out ;p);

Note: There's a bunch of body shape and skin texture mods in there. Toggle them on and off to your liking - they won't all work at once. :)

It says Oblivion, but works for Skyrim. In a nutshell, it ensures your mods load in the correct order and yells at you if there are errors.
