Just like Honkai Impact 3rd on Steam, it doesn't use Ero-Labs account or in other words Mobile account and PC Steam account is different, there's no bind account anyway.

Unless you want to start a new progress anyway

Just use Cheat Engine, don't bother spending your money in this game. There's (probably) no Anti-Cheat in this game (at the time I use Cheat Engine)
