And this isn't just "mage spam" it's a spellblade. (or maybe a spell spear?) I'm using a pair of Clayman's Harpoons, which when buffed are much stronger than any other spear while allowing me to fully spec into int. Because I'm fully speced into int I can mix in spells if I'm at long range or use something like Magic Glintblade or Carian Phalanx to bait out a dodge.

The d pad on my switch pro controller is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ af so sometimes it switches my spear and I have to recast the scholar's armament on my clayman's harpoon. Didn't have the chance to do so so I focused on magic.
