free on humblebundle but amazing game played a bit on xbox one before and now on pc with the the dlc but really good game in my opinion

Surgeon Simulator is an unrealistic and silly game. It has intentionally strange and difficult controls, which result in a very challenging and occasionally frustrating game. It's not a game I would recommend for people who will overreact and lose their temper. Some of the levels are just hard to control, or may even feel unfair. I do think that the game is the most fun to play with friends, and has the potential for a few "funny moments." I'd compare it to I Am Bread (same developer), or Octo-Dad: Dadliest Catch (I don't know the developer for that one.)
Overall, I'd recommend getting the game on sale and then playing it as a party game. Save the challenges and achievements for yourself, if you're feeling determined.

Unturned is like party with Vodka in Stalingrad, you have no idea what is going on and you have to fight man-eating monsters.
There is Russia Map, very good +2 score.
Kill zombies with fist, very fun.
Drink vodka while laughing at stupid zombies that can't climb ladders.
Hats.
Armour and guns made from best material, Stalinium.
Big maps for big fun.

The community is practically dead, according to steam charts, there are only about 100 people that play it a day, but it's still fun as ♥♥♥♥. Your character is extremely customisable and there are lots of different weapons and gadgets, because of that, you can play it in so many different ways. The graphics are decent and if you play in a party, it's fun and there are lots of people trying to revive the game, but most of them are American so the people that I generally play with are quite... salty?

The only game mode you can play is team death match unless you happen to find 6 people that want to play with you. The game definitely lacks developer support as the game has obviously been abandoned, but it's free so what's the harm in downloading it and giving it a go.

I highly recommend this game and it's still fun but it is going to die soon but there isn't much anyone can do about it.
