The game costs £49.99 which is hefty, however I myself do not regret a single penny out of it and you will not either. This game is the best production that has been released in years. Most important aspect of the release is that it has been released as a full product on day one, with no pay-to-win schemes. This shows the respect that the creators hold for the public. The story, fully attention-gripping at all times and all throughout. The world has this otherworldly and immersive feel to it, in a way that I personally haven't ever experienced. The most fun I had with a game since the original Half-Life in 1998. Fully recommended by Yours truly.

Well the thing is that i personally hate being scared, especially when it is on account of imaginary situations such as depicted in games or movies. That being said Alien: Isolation does a perfect job in that area. For horror games fans it is a true gem, perfectly cut and having every aspect of it exposed to the eye of the buyer. Put yourself in a position of one of Alien movies characters and experience the nightmare they have been put through. An incredibly well thought through environment brings player back to the original Alien where the only place you can survive the vacuum of space is also the very place where you can and, most likely will dozens of times over, die a horrific, gruesome and exceedingly graphic death. I do however have a small issue with cut-scenes which seem to be a little bit stuttery and laggy. But hey, maybe it's just me being too attentive to details. Overall 9.9/10

The developer doesn't do anything against cheaters who are everywhere on public servers. You spend a lot of time gearing up, surviving and then get offed by some knob with soft teleporting to your location out of nowhere. Additionally there isn't an option to report them. Seriously, do not buy this game if you do not want your time and effort wasted. This is just ridiculous and I'm done with it for good after nearly 3.2K hours.
