I hope Netflix doesn't make a series about this, this seems like a new and never done before concept like this. Great game though, highly recommend playing if you're racist

Risk of rains 1 was a pleasant surprise as a game i found at in my earliest gaming days.I have lots of fun memories of local co-op, long gaming sessions to end with anger, frustration or if i got just the perfect loot with glorious victories! Risk of Rain 2 is the perfect unexpected sequel to the original title, which does everything so well and transforms the original formula into a modern piece of art. Gameplay is so much fun, visuals are perfect for the genre and the environment variety on point. Love to be part of this growing community.

This is most definitely my favorite game. To be on a real note here, this game right here actually got me feeling kinda empty when I finished it. The story-line, music, and game-play of it just felt so smooth and satisfying to me. Highly recommend this game to those who like well designed stories and game-play. Also the art style in this game is very calming for me, the synthwave music and art is what makes this game feel so smooth when your playing as Zero (Main character).

Brawhalla, as you probably know, is a platform fighter, being what i would consider one of the 3 major platform fighters to reach tournament level attention. In this, i'm just gonna cite a few of my problems with this game, so ill say this now; this game is fun with friends and casual play, and carves out a niche for itself by being free and having a large amount of constant support. anyways, time to file off a few complaints in some poorly worded arguments. One more thing; a lot of these issues are unable to be fixed without ♥♥♥♥ing up brawlhalla real bad, and that because i dont like the way they make characters and some mechanics.

this game is fun with friends, but if you plan to play anything close to competitive, just please don't. and ynknow what, its free, but if you wanted to get every single character, It would take hours AND HOURS of dedicated play and logging in every single day. OR YOU COULD JUST BUY THE FOUNDERS PACK FOR 20 BUCKS. Just to be clear, this game IS NOT PAY TO WIN. every character is balanced, but this kind shows another problem; a bunch of characters feel samey same because of the way brawlhalla makes its characters. unlike a game like rivals of aether or smash, the things that make a character unique are their weapon combinations, sigs (special moves), and their stats. to me, many stats never really felt like they had an impact to me (although i think that one is just me), and the characters who DID feel like stats meant something are usually PUMPED up to like 8-9 (out of a max of 10). Weapons are not unique to a character, which is fine, but characters feel redundant and it makes it harder to really form a connection to a certain character. if you can use the weapon(s), you can probably use a character you never bothered playing while only learning how to use their sigs. Sigs, however, also issues. in smash or rivals, a special move can be a combo starter, a projectile, a command grab, a ko move, etc. In Brawlhalla, most are burst movement option, ko moves, or a combination of both. It makes sigs feel really redundant and feel like panic buttons or spam for new players. what im saying is that sigs are kinda boring man

The game is also what id call simplified compared to other platform fighters. no up tilts, no up sig, and no f tilt. As well, shields and grabbing are completely gone, being compensated by a 1 button wave dash (with none of the satisfaction and from what ive heard, the dash also inst great for offensive use.) and completely busted dodges. defensive play often boils down to playing passively and waiting for the other player to approach. to be fair rivals of aether also takes out grabs and shields, but that game also has parrying and special moves and attributes which can allow them to play defensively or offensively instead of opting for passive play (I think, at least)

anyways, i think im gonna stop incoherently ranting about my issues with a game that's free and has better monetary practices that most other game companies. Also go play rivals of aether, their shovel knight is way more fleshed out and they recently added a workshop beta which you can turn on, opening the doors for any modders. the game is only $15 and despite having like 13 characters, each one feels a thousand times better and unique than any legend in brawhalla. If your a decent player who decided to read this, sorry for wasting your time. thsnks for reaading my dumb ♥♥♥♥ to everyone else.

This game is great.
The game became must more better after the updates they had recently. The Devs also had been much more organized and current and keep up with the game.

CS:GO Review
I was very young when I first got to know Counter-Strike back in the early days of Counter-Strike 1.5.
It was in an Internet-Café during Holidays where I even got to play the game for the first time.

Some years later some friends from the area were playing CS 1.6 and thats where I joined the Steam and Counterstrike-Community on January 8th, 2006.

We formed a team, trained about two years and climbed up the ladder of our local CS-League here in Switzerland.
However, due to insufficient capacity (private life) of some members and a lack of Morale we split up.

I've seen Counter-Strike in all of its states from 1.5 on, 1.6, Condition Zero, Source, I even had my hands on the old mod called "CS Promod" where people tried to get the gameplay from 1.6 with the graphics of Source. Which was something I really liked.

After a long break I decided to reroll in CS:GO and check out how the game had evolved. It took a while but the more I played and did matchmakings (good mm's ^^) the more I wanted to set foot in E-Sports again.

CS:GO is the perfect balance between the gameplay of 1.6 and the graphics of source (while its not source, definitely and luckily not.), to most efficient CS players ive talked to graphics dont matter and it explains why many Pro's do play with low resolutions and stuff like that because it reminds them of the good ol' days (from what i've read).

Though it still has its harsh and sometimes frustrating learning-curve, it is worth the effort because if you truly stick to it and learn about it each time you play and try to learn from your mistakes the better you get.

Since all those years i've tried out almost all other game titles in the FPS genre, nothing could ever stand up against the simplicity and competitiveness of Counter-Strike for me.

If you're looking for a great team-experience (which you first need to create or join) in where every man counts, every round counts and has a big community involved with tournaments and stuff, this game is for you.

However if you're looking for a realistic shooter that compares guns 1:1 like in real life, with bulletdrop and things like that, this game is definitely not for you.

I hope my shared thoughts on the game where helpful and gave you a bit of insight whether you want to join our community.

Best Regards
Stalker
