banned in dd1 (link) for changing the appearance of my character by using Cheat Engine, so my characters were incredibly glowy. yeah it was stupid (but I thought the game was dead, and devs didn't care about their game no more lmao) , and I want to mention that I have never used and I'd never use any software to gain advantage over someone in PvP games (e.g. aim assist, seeing through walls, speed hack etc.).
