VERDICT:
Evil Within is so brutally horrifying that I needed to see almost every death, just to scar myself further! Sebastian should be in a stray jacket and thrown into the psych ward (See what I did there?) after seeing the things he saw. The selling point to this game would be how creative they got with the things that lurk in the dark and how deep the story gets, some of you may get confused due to how long it takes to get to the main plot but playing the DLC's help out a TON.

Another big point is of course the gameplay, even if Sebastian can't hit a thing because he's an alcoholic, hiding and throwing bottles to creep past monsters is a ton of fun and probably the best tactic in most cases. Sure, if you've got the ammo, blast your way through but be prepared to miss your shots.

The game centers on protagonist Sebastian Castellanos as he is pulled through a distorted world full of nightmarish locations and horrid creatures. Played in a third-person perspective, players battle disfigured nightmare-like enemies, including bosses, using guns and melee weapons, and progress through the levels, avoiding traps, using stealth, and finding collectables.
