Great review of Starfield buddy. If you take requests, in the future, the game needs moon buggy type wheels for the planets, don't you think? Put in the starships, use it to get around the planets. Maybe manual landings/dockings would increase the realism and immersion. FYI, if you haven't stumbled upon the Juno quest, it's great. Reminiscent of "Vjer" in the Star Trek movie!

Yeah, even with experience, I suspected 250 percent would have been too much. But then, I also like "realism"-driven touches. So I will probably stay with the default 150 percent at Adept, if I use Wildcat. (I think for Valravyn it's 125 percent.) And I totally agree with the unattractive nature of "bullet sponge" approach; in fact, I am planning on using a mod that changes enemy scaling and units to reduce HPs significantly but give them better AI and more resistances.

I use the base settings for Wildcat, but I play at master level with Skytest installed... Not the "best" choices for a new player. I get one shotted by skeevers and wolves in the early game. My advice to all new players is make a solid run through at base difficulty until you get a feel for the enemies. I stay away from "bullet sponge" mods, but have buffed enemy AI and skills/detections
