The story can feel abit inconsistent with some event cards coming up at weird times but despite that if you can fill in the gaps with your mind you will be throughly immersed in the World Of Horror.

Currently at 20 hours of gameplay I am thoroughly enjoying Deadside. Early days but I can see this being a good title down the track. Has Tarkov scavs, PUBG mantling and combat, Rust base building, DayZ style looting and map design, H1Z1 early days community. Ai is something I have not seen in a multiplayer game before, they will flank, hide even during combat with there team-mates dropping, they will jump, crouch and move like players. You are always on your toes in this game, highly recommend finding a group, half of the fun is managing tactics when engaging a large military base. Player kills show in orange in the message feed, bots/scavs don't show at all.

Really enjoy this rougelike experience. This game throws alot at you but doesn't hold your hand. You really feel like the game is pushing back against you as you build in power and strength. The world is surprising for a randomly generated rougelike and the combat is very very satasfying. Highly reccomened to those who love rouglikes and to those who enjoy abit of a challange in there game experience.

My one piece of advice would be: Take your time, be patient. When you are ready you will gain momenteum very quickly but it can take a split second and your dead.

Highly recommend this game. Hunt: Showdown is undoubtedly made by a very talented team of multi-disciplined individuals that have made it into a great game.

Please note if you are looking at reviews for this game just post 1.0 release, there is a very large amount of completely false reviews and the current (24/08/2019) mixed rating is honestly incorrect.

Short and sweet:
Slight animated gun sway adds a lot
Custom reloading animations that can be modified by a perk for various guns is really some amazing commitment to the player experience
Very well designed stealth vs combat game-play
Deep and rich lore
many many more.

You will just have to purchase and try it out for the first 2 hours. If you don't like it. Try punching the flame guys and not stabbing them and then if that doesn't work then you can simply refund.

I very much enjoyed the first game Risk of Rain, it captured the perfect balance of rouge-like elements that scratched that certain itch. The 2nd game in the series expands this into 3D, it takes everything the first game did and made it better in some way. I highly recommend this to anyone who has played the previous game or to anyone who enjoys titles such as Binding of Issac, Catacomb Kids or similar. The art-style is perfect, the game-play is well thought out in a 3D space and there is hours upon hours of content to unlock with a high level of replay-ability.

When I first played DOOM 2016, I had a bunch of sound stutter issues thoughout the expierence, which put me off sadly. But once I had finished the game on the 3rd difficulty I decided to go back through and play again on the 4th difficulty. They had patched the sound issues by this point and the increased difficulty changed the game. I loved it, every secound of it. I enjoyed the combat quite abit and thought that this could possibly lead to future games incorperating more interesting melee into FPS's. I am patiently waiting for the Quake Reboot or DOOM 2 Installment, both of which I hoping will also bring back the charm of those orignal games.

Highly recommend Catacomb Kids to anyone who enjoys Rouge-like RPG's.
CK has a versatility that is only spoke about in seedy bars by AAA developers who are to afraid to delve into the diveresity of gameplay that is present in Catacomb Kids. /s

Infinite replayability with the first I have ever seen amazing implementation of an Intelligence stat that isnt just for magic or EXP anymore and actually has impact on gameplay! Really good design here!

4.5/5
Really great side-scroller rouge-like RPG with amazing game design that will certainly be a inspiration for my own work in the future.
Only cons are framerate issues and lack of any regular updates recently despite the awesome co-op/new dungeon update.

For Honor is a highly indepth melee combat fighting game.
The combat is similar to the Dark Souls Series and the Mount and Blade series, however it has formed into a field on its own.
Light Attacks
Heavy Attacks
Guard Breaks
Counter Guard Breaks
Doging
Rolling
Blocking
Parrying
Hyper Armor Frames
Poise
Revenge
etc etc.... All make up a fraction of the potential of the combat. I am certain as the player base grows in skill, we will come to see some very interesting fights.

Some Cons to note:
There has been issues with internet connectivity amongst all players. With a Peer To Peer network system, it can have its faults. Disconnections and faulty game are present. But majority of the time when you are able to play it is worth it.

Overall: 8.5/10
I wouldn't reccommend this game if you do not have the cash to fork out, however if you do, this game you will either love or hate. It will either hook you in with its combat system or alienate you with its connection issues and sometimes difficult combat.
