Other than L4D2, I enjoy playing rhythm games for both the music and difficulty.
In Japanese, Shirase is spelt "白瀬". For pronounciation, it's "shi-ra-se".
I love to decorate, especially profiles and will learn new things to try to make it better.
My favorite colors are: White, Blue (especially Sky Blue), Light Pink, Green. In particular, light colors are my favorite.
I find the night sky filled with stars very beautiful. Although my area doesn't have any to show, I would love to visit an area where I can gaze at the night sky someday.

I'm mostly a supportive/team player who likes to help teammates.
I mostly follow the pace of everyone. I never really rush the maps unless the whole team is doing so.
I dislike players when they're selfish, harm/attack other players on purpose (either with weapons or words), or generally troll (unless it's friendly with no ill intent). Otherwise, I just leave the game or block if it's bad enough. I can't stress this enough.
Mostly tend to focus on one weapon type through the game, although I switch between when needed.
The order of my weapon preferences are "Snipers > Shotguns > Rifles/SMGs" currently.
When using the sniper, I've noticed I tend to "quick scope" at times.
I have a tendency to "double shoot" single shot weapons. First for the actual shot and the second as a safety in case I miss the infected or is not enough damage.
I can now crown witches on any difficulty with all shotguns, but will fail occasionally. I prefer tier 1's oddly enough, as they feel more accurate for me. Also depending on the situation or the positioning of the witch, I will use different methods to crown if available.

My favorite team for the competitive scene is "Team nv-".
I like to melee (or melee only) the tank, so when there's an opportunity, I will most likely attempt.

Rushing is a good strategy, however, when as a team. All in all, this is a team game so while rushing works, leaving teammates behind to solo speedrun does not unless whole team agrees or certain situations call for it. If want to just speedrun rush, playing single player is recommended.
Bile shouldn't be thrown randomly or just because an extra one is there. It will spawn horde when there is none. Picture a scenario, there is a tank with no common infected around, but one throws a bile at tank which spawns 30+ commons. While it may seem good, once bile effect runs out, you will be dealing with tank + a horde of commons vs. just the tank by itself if bile wasn't thrown. It doesn't work so use bile responsibly. When playing with Shima though, ignore this fact as throwing bile on tank will win you games
Special infected are affected by bile thrown by you, but only if they have tagged another infected and if said infected is still alive (sometimes best not to kill and just leave them). If just thrown on ground, only commons are. If a boomer infects a survivor same concept, commons and specials (including tank) are affected and will come after the boomed survivor.
When a teammate is pinned by hunter, jockey, and even smoker (shove teammate that's being pulled), shoving them off is generally better when you are in close proximity. If you have a melee weapon, you can just use that as well. In higher difficulties, that extra second which you saved by doing so can be the difference of damage taken to teammate or not. On lower difficulties that tick of damage may not seem that important, but in higher ones such as expert it could be 12-30 hp you would've saved from them.
Watch for friendly fire, especially on higher difficulties. Even on lower difficulties you should practice your trigger control. Likewise be aware of line of fire and don't run into where your teammate(s) are/is shooting. Cannot be avoided 100%, but try your best to.
Don't underestimate common infected. While their damage may not seem like much of a threat (more so on lower diffs) their most powerful ability in my opinion is the fact each hit can stop you from moving by rooting you for a second and then slowing you down for 2 seconds afterwards. And that is for each hit. In versus try to take advantage of them such as when a boomer has boomed on a survivor. Those roots and slows they can inflict be deadly for team integrity.
When you are stuck and can't move in a certain spot or area, you will teleport automatically in a couple of seconds to your teammates. However, you can also go idle (press esc -> take a break) and wait a few seconds if your teammates are a bit of distance away. This can also be done for invisible barriers and a way to skip areas/events.
Going into 3rd person perspective in stuff like reviving teammates, healing yourself, turning on generator, etc. when you face the camera away from commons attacking you, you will take half damage from them rather than when facing them with the camera which will give you full damage. This is because normally you take half damage from the back and when you face that 3rd person camera away from them, the game will treat it as if you are turning your back towards them (even if visually, it may look like they're still hitting your from the front of character).
