lol people have probably already said, this but i feel like this is a message from the billie we know now to her old self telling her that things are gonna get better and how shes "in love with her future" (because billie was depressed a couple years ago) - the first half of the song representing when she was depressed (why its so sad and gloomy) and the second half showing how she is now (why the sun comes out and animated-billie smiles instead of frowning)
