Girlfight 2024 is a lewd fighting game with a selection of 3D-rendered characters.

There are four modes to choose from; “Story Mode” offers a pair of randomized opponents with (planned) dialogue; “Versus” mode allows you choose a stage and both players; “Online” mode lets you challenge other players; and “Training” mode allows you to hone your skills without retaliation. Girlfight 2024 shares surface-level parallels with Mortal Combat and Street Fighter, but every character in this game are reskins. From what I observed, everybody’s “controls” and “special moves” are the same. At your disposal are a variety of attacks, which can be chained into “combos”. A handful of attacks can be used in rapid succession to stun-lock your opponent — but the CPU is dumb as brick, so you probably won’t need to cheese your way to victory. Even on “impossible” difficulty, I found the CPU spends most of the game bunny-hopping backwards.

Entropy Digital Entertainment proudly advertises a “perfect breaking system among the fighting games”. As characters are damage, one or more articles of their clothing disappear. Fight Angel Special Edition offers a clothes-breaking system that tracks several pieces of clothing, which tear over time until they are ultimately destroyed. While Soul Caliber VI isn’t an adult game, the clothes-breaking mechanic allows you break away pieces of armor one-by-one — but with the help of mods, you can add nudity to the game! In other words, the developers are full of [poop]. Entropy Digital Entertainment also advertises “dynamics for the realistic breast swaying physical effect”. The “dynamics” in this game are awful; the breasts either don’t move at all, or they stretch too much. Whenever clothes are destroyed, the camera and lighting make it difficult to enjoy nudity. Fight Angel Special Edition does a great job revealing nudity with strategic animation. Fight Angel Special Edition isn’t special, but it has the most “perfect breaking system” I’ve seen so far!

When I saw the words “Perfect Clothes Breaking System” and “Awesome Physical Effect For Boobs Mode”, I was already sold. Hoping to play something like Fight Angel Special Edition, I grabbed a copy of this game on-release. On this day, I made a big mistake: it’s called “buying Girlfight 2024”. Once the novelty of bare boobs wears off, you’re left with a clunky fighting game with disappointing graphics and annoying AI. Girlfight 2024 is an awful game. It shouldn’t have been released. I get Entropy Digital Entertainment wants to “address current game play” with “input from players” by releasing the game before completion, but they’re also charging twenty dollars. Entropy Digital Entertainment wants players to pay them to test their game. Fight Angel Special Edition is better in every way, and costs the same amount! As I write this article, it’s on sale for eight dollars — four dollars less than Girlfight 2024‘s launch price! I didn’t have high expectations for this title, but I hoped it’d at least be fun to write about. When Entropy Digital Entertainment adds everything they promise to add to the game “for at least the next 12 months“, maybe it’ll be worth asking price. However, they write “one could expect at least a 50% increase in price“. At least 50 percent? Kids, if you’re paying over thirty dollars for a lewd fighting game you might as well pick up Soul Caliber VI; it does everything this game does, and you can see 2B’s bare breasts (with mods)!
