great fun makes you turn off your normal "gamer" way of solving problems and get much more creative, so many possibilities!

great concept and gameplay so far cant wait to see how far they take it

great game. Awful , awful community. toxic players can and will grief you until you git gud.

lies and false promises were used to market this game, should have been less naive.
dont buy it
get a refund if you can. Steam wouldnt let me.

My first experience of Day Z (The game, Pre Beta)
- Spawn
- Get lost
- find a hammer and a can of sardines
- Hungry and thirsty, but can't eat sardines because I cant find a can opener
- continue looting trying to find edible food, found a can of "spite" lemonade
- some guy holds me up with a gun, handcuffs me and takes sardines
- he asks if i've seen anyone else, nope first time i've played and im a hostage
- I plead to let me live, he just leaves, not sure if hes coming back
- still no zombies yet
- two more guys show up while i'm trying to figure out how to escape, they take my clothes and search around for rotten food to force feed me
- after a while they give up and beat me to death with hammers while I'm shouting doubts about the fidelity of their mothers.

10/10 would recommend.

just started playing a few hours, got immersed in the lore (thats still being pieced together through user created stories and developers comics etc) and immediatley have a soft spot for this game, the character design is is great, the potential for other races/stories/characters is massive and i cant wait to see it develop further.

the combat system shines out, although slightly hard to grasp at first at this stage, once you get to grips with it, the competetative side is awesome, victory feels great and hard earned instead of just spamming buttons.
and the potential to pull of amazing tricks/throws is frantic and intense.

Still needs work obviously as it is in its alpha so no storyline/quests yet but just for the fun its awesome and multiplayer locally rocks.

i could see this becoming a massive game.
