Doesn't look like you can have mods running at the same time as the DLC unfortunately. Maybe when the mod authors have updated they can fix it but until then you need to switch them off if you want to use the pistols :(

Assorted Sidearms Pack wouldn't show in the store for me until I removed a mod that I had, if you have any mods installed then delete them and the guns should appear.
