My favorite part about this game is how I warned my friends that DLCs could get out of hand, which they didn't believe me, and I was right. I want to meet the person who bought all DLC at full retail and ask them, "why?"

Overall, I really liked the game but I would recommend getting it on sale. I loved the vhs aesthetics and the horror ambience, but I want to warn people over the pacing of the game because it feels like the creator tried to pad it out. [bold]The content in the spoilers explain the pacing and padding but can ruin the experience for some.[/bold]

I noticed a lot of people had difficulty getting to the convenience store for different reasons (don't know where to go or too dark to see), some key npcs move very slowly, a few puzzles can be confusing (not difficult) unless you know where to go or luck out in solving them (most of the puzzles do not add to the story in any way), and the game has at least two different ending but you have to play through the entire game to get them (it's not fulfilling to get both, and can be seen on YouTube).

As a result, when I added up the all the time piddled around, most of the game felt like it was padded. I still liked the game, but it was only worthwhile playing through it once. It took me about 2 hours to complete the game on my first try, 2.8 hours to 100% in total to complete.

This game taught me numbers that I never thought existed.

I, first, played this game because it reminded of Civ V. I have been addicted to it ever since. It is much more complex than Civ V due to the openness of the gam, which is good. The AI is much more unpredictable than Civ V, which has it's disadvantages. I, once, declared war on Connaught, an Irish province, and the province-state requested the aid of Portugal and France... which they requested the aid from their allies. Pretty soon, I was engulfed in a war with over half of Europe.

I love the rogue genre. I love platformers. This game has both, with a mix of RPGs elements to it. When I first played this game, I learned that it plays a bit like an RPG due to character classes in the game. I realized, through sheer stupidity and many deaths, that it is way more skill based than I thought, so you will need to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each class.
