game keeps shutting down. What is the fix?

I just bought this game for 50% off and now I can't play EUIII. Any ideas on what I should do or is anyone else having this problem?

Hello, im jumping into eu3. went muscovy to russia. I have cores on golden horde territory, but it will not give me a casus belli. The hordes suicide dow against me, but I can't take any of their provinces in a peace deal. I don't if its a bug. Im out of ideas. Thanks...
