OG HORSE Apr 21 @ 11:42pm
Peppa Pig is the highest quality of entertainment in every imaginable category. The voice actors are the best in the business. The animation was, and still is, spectacular. (What human can conceive such sexually attractive livestock?) The writing is unmatched in both narrative structure, heart, and pure genius (helps when most of the staff all do some zan or coke before writing). The music was iconic, and the background sound effects would have won an Oscar if they were ever able to make a move. The characters are even more iconic than the score and nothing about the show ever feels lazy or redundant. Honestly, you could spend the rest of your life dissecting all the deep meaning behind the narrative structure and consistently quotable lines.

While some of the later seasons suffered a bit due to some of the original writers overdosing, it's still quite literally, unquestionably, the greatest animated television show ever.
