Game feels a lot more crisp but it seems like you earn a rating for each map? idk.

I generally dislike zombie games/movies/TV shows, not because I don't like zombies and/or the genre, but because it's SO OVERDONE and just the same terrible stories over and over again. So because of this I never gave project zomboid a second thought.

Until I watched a couple of videos on youtube. This game is crazy, its simple but with so much depth. A bit tough to get the hang of it but easy to grasp. Death is inevitable, and this concept makes every daily decision extremely important to your future well being. Crafting, building, exploring, fighting zombies, cooking food, foraging for supplies, this game is truly magnificent.

I can't wait for the devs to add NPC's and more content. One of the best games I have ever played.

I've played a ton of Ck2 so this review is mainly a comparison.

CK3 is amazing, essentially CK2 base game but with many of the DLC quality of life improvements. Many of the duchies/counties are split up better, army raising is far more streamlined, and many more events. However the game lacks a lot of government and cultural/religious options from the previous game. To be fair, CK3 does not have NEARLY as much DLC as CK2, but many parts of government and religion are lacking.

For example, you can only be tribal or feudal, and anywhere that isn't EU or Scandinavia or Spain has practically nothing added besides a few specific events. You cannot play a baron or city mayor and you cannot invest in a pope (not the dlc college of cardinals, base investiture). I am sure all of this will be added with DLC at some point, but so far their team has shown zero interest in expanding the rest of the world at all.

So is this game good? Wholeheartedly yes. Is the game better than CK2? Yes. Am I disappointing with the DLC content? Yes. Immersion DLC is cool and all, but I want to play as a merchant republic or as a tanistry dynasty. I'd like any religion other than Christianity to be developed at all. So I suppose, this game is great if you are super interested in history and the mechanics of the game, but try out CK2 first since its free.

I've never liked idle games until now. I really liked Hush Hush VN (which has a lot of the same characters but a different universe) so I checked out Crush Crush. It's free and fun! Sad Panda Studios is also a dope all female canadian studio so I even more highly recommend if you like cute waifus and idle games.

I am not really into VN games but this one is definitely special. Naughty bits aside, this game genuinely helped me admit to myself that I have a lot of unresolved trauma from childhood and this game also helped me face a lot of it. I basically had a Neon Genesis Evangelion experience with this game, it was pretty surreal. To go further into detail would be spoiler worthy, suffice to say that each main date-able women allowed me to experience catharsis, at the bare minimum.

I don't expect most people to have a similar experience as I did (I hope you don't have anywhere near the trauma I have), but you should definitely check it out regardless. Its a fun and quirky dating VN from an amazing almost entirely female dev studio. Morgan Long (who voices Mio) is the CEO and she has worked with Disney Studios in Canada. She is great and I would highly recommend this game.

Probably the best park sim game I've played. I was, and still am incredibly blown away about how good this game is. Some controls can be wonky at times but other than that, a lot of depth and DINOSAURS.
