That's a Antistasi issue as the map is not designed around that MOD, they just need to change the spawn locations on there settings and not use the closed off ones as they are more for on foot not vehicles. best of luck :)

Also some of your outposts are closed off entirely with no way for a vehicle to go out/in. This makes convoy missions in Antistasi impossible because half of the convoy spawns inside and gets stuck and eventually blows up trying to find a way out of the enclosed outpost. Encountered it already at 3 different outposts.

I loaded up Antistasi on Saint Kapaulio and tried to make my HQ in a castle, turns out the castle is under a bundle of rocks, there is like a maze, some sculptures, weird huts, was that on purpose?
