If you play it on the Steam Deck,
TURN OFF VARIABLE RATE SHADERS!!
Thank you

Im..im speechless. Ive found the holy grail!

This was the kind of game I didnt know I wanted, but now I need it. It's a relaxing, calm and just genuine little game about Luka and his friends figuring out the truth about their home and lives. The dark truth.
You'll be able to make different choices and go back and forth to try different outcomes, which I found myself enjoying immensely.

Pros
  • Cute and just gorgeous artstyle!
  • Fun and gripping story
  • Good and engaging way of handling choices
  • Work REALLY well on the Steam Deck
Cons
  • The price? 16 bucks is a sum for a game only bout 8h long. and its replay value is not high. If its on sale, its a good buy, but 16 is more like buying the game for half and supporting the devs with the other half. But for the game only, its a bit steep.
  • I know this is the common complaint about many of these types of games, but it was to short. I completed it in about 8h, with hunting down all achivements. Granted, those 8h was badly spent, I enjoyed it to the moon! Buuut thats also what makes me sad they only were 8 hours. Heres hoping for a followup or better, a different game in a similar style!

If your like me and was on the fence about if you enjoy this game, then it probably means your just the type to enjoy it! Its gripping and when you start, it gets addictive until you finish it.

Maybe I should also mention that I played the entire game on the Steam Deck, and found out that VRS messed up my text and i had to force a high resolution and downscale to compensate, but without VRS, the text looked perfect. So turn it off in this game!!

But all in all, a GREAT little game that should be in Everyones Steam Library.

Well Tungsten, Im sad to say the old classic phrase, it all depends. If you like car physics simulation, then Most certanly YES. Like car pursuits which ends in a crash n' burn for everyone? Then YES. And so and and so forth...Ooohh yeah, its more than worth it if you already or soon will get Automation. Then you can build your car, and send it of a cliff in a most spectacular fashion ^^

But if you'r craving some good old car smashing on the tracks, then maybe check out Wreckfest. It's a very good compliment to BeamNG, where BeamNG is a solid sim, and Wreckfest is that sim made a racing game with tons o' fun!
