If your giveaways are still open or in "awaiting feedback" status, please be patient. You will be able to create more giveaways when your current ones will have marked as "received".

If you have free giveaways slots, but you need more, always state how many slots you need.

How to delete a giveaway [i.imgur.com]

If the giveaway is still open, the ticket will be automatically approved and the giveaway removed.

If the giveaway has already ended, you'll need the winner's agreement to delete it. It's recommended to ask the winner to post on giveaway page his agreement, otherwise you could attach to the ticket a screenshot showing it.
If the reason is Leaked Giveaway , you must provide a proof showing the winner's entry is invalid and tell how the link has been shared.

Please always attach a screeshot showing you delivered the gift.
If it's a key and the winner marked the giveaway as "not received", you should add him on Steam to double-check the key.
If the winner claims the key is invalid and you own this game, you could test the key on your account.

No one can answer to reports. Questions should be addressed to "Other" category.

Do not submit blank tickets and allow the winners one week to redeem the gift.

Reports (and trade feedbacks) should not be used to try to communicate with users/staff.

If you are reporting a giveaway, you should link it.

If it's a regift, you should select Not Activating Won Gift or Multiple Wins for the Same Game as reason.

If the reason is Advertising or Begging or Referral Links or Spam , you must always link the post, the thread or the giveaway you are talking about.

Please do not mass report giveaways for " free games [www.steamgifts.com]". Just one ticket in "Other" category, in order to let supports know a game has been given out for free, is enough.

If the reason is Inappropriate Behavior or Other , please add a detailed description.

If the reason is Misuse of Trade Feedback or Using Multiple Accounts , you must add a detailed description and include some proof (screenshot or video).

If the reason is Not Activating Won Gift , please allow the winner one week to activate the gift.

Please link the Steam store page. If there isn't an entry on Steam store, we cannot add it.
You should not use this category to report a game that should be added to the bundle list.
