:Uranium: If you win the same game two times, you should reject the second copy and comment on giveaway page asking a reroll. This way the giveaway creator will get a notification.
:fpplus: Every time you add a game to your Steam account, it's a good practice to sync your steamgifts account [www.steamgifts.com] and remove entries [www.steamgifts.com] from giveaways for the same game. If it's a DLC, you should also hide it [i.imgur.com].
:fpplus: If you receive an invalid key or a game different from the one stated in the giveaway's title, you should mark the giveaway as "not received".
:skstopsign: Before marking a giveaway as "not received", please post an appropriate message in the giveaway page explaining the issue.
:fpplus: Every time a game is revoked you should take a screenshot of the warning message. If you cannot mark the giveaway as "not received" on your own, please submit a ticket in Other category attaching the screenshot.

:fpplus: Suspended users cannot see message notifications. If you are suspended, it's recommended to bookmark your ticket and check it daily.

Hi there, I would like to know the status regarding my unsuspension. It's been more than 1years and 3months. I've already approached Khalaq (since he was the one with whom I'd most of the conversation) and he told me to wait a year and we will think about that. I did that and approached him recently this January. He told me to ask any Super-Mod since they've the abilty to unsuspend anyone based on the severity.

hello
im contacting you tourgh your steam profile because my ticket has been pending for at least 3 weeks and i still didnt get an answer from the support .
a year ago i got banned from steamgiffts cause i didnt activate the gifts that i have won.
in the support ticcket it said that if i will activate every gift that i have won, i wll get unsuspended . after that i have bought every game that the support ticket has told me to and those are:
Small Town Terrors: Pilgrim's Hook Collector's Edition , Woodlands , Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor
IGT Slots Paradise Garden , Wrestling Spirit 3 Steam.
now that i have activated every game on that list.
can i get unspended pls?
and i wont do this error again and ill contribute to the site a lot.
