its a long reddit post about capitalism. a VERY long one.they add dice rolls that you win 100% of the time if you spec into it. so immersive.

if the first thing you think of when you think of a spiderman game is playing as a deaf girl or setting up a collection of laser pointers to ask a dude to prom; grab this quick! also; hope you like mary jane missions; easily 8+ hours of the "main" story is garbage filler.

26 hours (including tabbed time) to beat everything except a last mysterio mission i dont care about and a bee drone thing that i cant believe is one of the main points of the game.

Purposefully waited to add a certain name to the credits so that people could not refund. I strongly STRONGLY suggest not buying; as this is an affront to long time fans and was clearly intentional. I will never purchase another game from anyone on the developer list.

seems like target bot hate from a specific "infantile" company that cant use division and bullying to be "consultants" with asian companies like they do with western companies

game is amazing.

repetitive, boring combat that is broken once you unlock one specific move, thieveing system is bad, the only plus is the crafting system that gets boring after like a few hours. story also is borderline mindbogglingly dumb.

i was in love for the 1.5 hours i could actually play, but then i get stuck in a loops of "waiting for async loading", and spend 3 hours trying to fix it. apparently the only fix is to get a vpn???? literally the most insane thing ever so i guess now im stuck with since its been over 2 hours. avoid; as apparently this problem is rampant

game is unbelievably fun probably the best of the genre. the humor though is like if you boiled reddit down to its purest form and injected it into an egg; then made the ungodly hatch-ling the main writer.

tldr; amazingly fun but they should add a cringe filter for the "jokes".

its hard to not recommend based on how fun it is, and its hipocritical to not recommend with almost 15 hours played in 30 hours lol...... BUT

> if someone leaves you are stuck in limbo with your other team mate waiting til the nightfall to die so the match ends
>no surrender vote after leaver
> cant see the scaling on items or item type in game (cool my character is S in faith.... does that matter for this weapon?)

just poor choices for a multiplayer game. games fun when you get a match with good people. but most times you get an 8 year old hyped up on mountain dew playing wylder exploring by himself

i originally had this as a "optimization is bad review" but now it is AVOID AT ALL COST. my PC runs every single new release on steam on high-ultra, this game crashes at launch with about 400 possible fixes online. the time spent in shader optimization, 20 minute bug reports and minimizing the black screen to check solution steps meant my play time went over the 2 hours.

i am now stuck with this game, 103$ canadian. and it just will not launch. AVOID.

you'll get reverse Midsommar'd by rocks over and over again in the caves so pick a class with a head protection
