If you're no older than 6, then it might be entertaining. As far as I'm concerned, I've had more exciting times watching the rain drop down on a grey sunday. Ain't even worth the little money I spent for it on sales, I'm playing it to the end just in case it would surprise me at some later point.

Received as a bonus for original game owner.

Pretty good upgrade - or redesign - that will clearly drive me back to a funny playability now reborn by modern graphics for dozens - if not hundreds - of hours playing. Nice graphics and sounds, entertaining narration, camp upgrades... I like it much so far.

Thanks a ton QCF, that's as good as unexpected!

Usual Suspects meets Baron Munchausen meets NKVD : gaunt gameplay, offset by enchanted graphics and hilarious narration pretty well dubbed.
Not sure it deserves the "video game" term, but definitely an iconoclastic work of art that is worth your time and 13 euros.
Edit: actually, the last two chapters are just boring... Gameplay raises from the former 1/100 to an impressive 3/100, but the narrative part gets pointless at he same time.

Nice but... short!
After I solved the puzzles set, I expected to reach a second one and was a tad disappointed to understand it was already over.

What a delight, once more... Always a touch more sophisticated and enchanting that the previous episodes; an irrational theme filled with logic.
Can't wait for the next!

I kept this one in my "maybe" list for quite some time: I like its universe (DoW II is among my favourites in the past 10 years) but it had rather bad reviews at launch in game sites I usually refer to and lukewarm comments at best from many players. This all sounded more appaling than appealing...
But the Steam "refund" policy definitely allows to make a (rather quick) opinion by yourself, so I found it was the right moment to check it.

I've now played 90 minutes (solo), tried 2 builds, and encountered no noticeable bug so far, let alone any serious issue.
The interface might not be among the friendliest I know, but it still isn't a pain.
Graphics are obviously dark, not to say dull, and I wouldn't be unhappy to come across some more colourful environments from time to time, but it's consistent with W40K!
Fights feel somewhat less energetic than in some other recent arpgs, but there's fun and the "blaster" aspect is clearly refreshing.
W40K lore is truely satisfactory, which shows the devs didn't pick a random well know licence just to promote a botched up work.

At the end of the day, I'd say though it's certainly not as breathtaking as Grim Dawn (1k hours played...), I like the general feeling of it enough to know already I'm going to keep the "complete collection" version I bought: play expectable hundreds of hours for 28 euros? Sounds good enough to me.

Oh, one last word regarding the voice over: in English at least, the acting is pretty decent. It's stern, of course, but that's consistent with the universe. I can't say for the French (which is my native language), but you can't expect a rather small studio to have the money for high-class localized dubbing, let's be realistic...
Update after creating an assassin character: ok, female voice over is... let's be courteous and say "not so good" ^^

Update after 3 hours playing : I experienced new kinds of environment, an impressive amount of available missions (complete edition might help), clear tutorials on many subjects, a hub-like space navigation system, varied weapons, clear map and still no bugs yet... Frankly, so far I don't understand why this game got such bad reviews. I love it!
