Login simulator...you have to try for at least 5-10mins before being able to login from SEA region...

Keeps disconnecting for reasons unknown, because my bro who's next to me can be logged in just fine and only one of us will be logged out constantly. (we're wired not on wifi connection)

EDIT: still true after latest update...ranked play from Gold onwards is just infested with cheaters and boosting service sellers with cheat obviously where two teams team up and 6v3v3 the whole lobby.

Recently hoped back in w my bros, game got updated feels smoother now.

DMZ filled w bugs and exploit galore...

add to the cancer, FPS w auto-aim for EZ mode...

don't play in serious mode or you'll lose your sanity.


EDIT: Did they just released MW3 as a DLC to MW2?!? Because pre-load update is getting shoved into everyones' faces...

EDIT2: I can no longer go into MW2 DMZ as I need to get past the change my username screen, which doesn't let you change my username due to "not having any tokens" even though I've never changed my username once and it's still the same name as I used in MW2. This game company has locked me out of MW2 as I am now required to launch CoD HQ, which enters into MW3.

But in order to select DMZ I'd have to get past the username switch which I have no intention of changing my username for MW3. I only came to play MW2, wtf should I go through a username change in order to play MW2!?!

EDIT3: I was able to launch normally (no longer being given a prompt to change username) once I restored my "players" folder from a backup I had. This "players" folder is usually located in "C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\Call of Duty\players". Hope this helps anyone out there facing the same issue as I did.

EDIT4 (29th Aug 2024): Just re-installed to play back DMZ a few days go and now they released Black Ops 6 (BETA?) onto their "launcher" and forces you to update even if you do not want to participate or own it. So they are going to keep releasing new titles on their launcher and forcing everyone to update and take on garbage on the HDs or SSDs. I think this cancer needs to be deleted for good and request a refund on Steam...

Game got patched and EAC needs to run, but it's broken and wouldn't let me run the game...also, no SEA servers...

can't wait for full release...

EDIT1: Exactly 1 year later, heard devs are gonna scrap this game and the population just tanked even more. Goodbye yet another unique game, it was fun while it lasted.

wonky multiplayer gameplay if u have unstable net...

2020 still ♥♥♥♥ servers on SEA region...no wonder there's lesser and lesser players on SEA region...

EDIT: 2021, netcode went worse...de-syncs are much more visible and you can literally see how late you are to the ball vs your actual position in replays.

The Devs put AAA title games to shame with their updates even though it's 2019....this is the kind of Devs everyone should support.

I've completed this game with my bro a long time ago and we'll be revisiting it again soon when we can get together and play.

And hell yeah I'll be looking forward to Dying Light 2 for sure!
