For the current price and what content the game has currently, no it's not worth it. Heaps of cheaters, a lot of glitches or silly things like randomly falling over even though there was no reason to trip is annoying. I get it's meant to be fun but things like this just make for a frustrating experience instead of a fun one.

Really wanted this to not be like previous iterations where it's beyond ridiculous, but there's just nothing of value here.

In 2017, we still have to deal with matchmaking for games, no server browser, terrible netcode and unbalanced weapons. Loads of cheaters and heaps of mid-20's males acting like children.

There is no hope for Call of Duty. The game needs a new formula because this hasn't worked for years.

As for the single player, while I liked the story, the game was way too short. Call of Duty used to be known for these epic single player stories that were really good then right out of nowhere, you're kicked in the balls and the feels train is running full steam. WW2's single player was nothing like that. There was no memorable moments or points where you felt really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the situation. There's a part of the story where it explains a situation during a different battle where a bunch of soldiers are killed because the CO didn't want to leave them behind. It would have been amazing to be able to have that as a level, not just some passing thing.

So many missed opportunities to have this as such a refreshing game, but it's just the same old, reskinned. Again.

I've played a lot of games in my life, but none have grabbed me more than this. The intro hit me right in the feels and I honestly have never had this kind of experience from a game before. Ever.

The game looks stunningly beautiful. The colours and the atmosphere are so immersive, it's easy to get lost in just how amazing everything looks. The gameplay and controls are fantastic and response, easy to understand and execute.

The story so far is amazing and really makes you feel for Ori and his quest. But honestly, the intro really got to me.

Ori and the Blind Forest is how platformers these days should be. I loved other platformers like Limbo, but this is definitely worth the money.

Early Access Review
Reading some of the reviews, I see a lot of negative ones that basically say "no Aus servers, don't buy". While I get that not having Australian servers is annoying for us, I can understand an early access game only having servers in the largest regions (NA, EU and Asia) and while being Australian and playing Asian servers has it's downsides, it's not that bad.

The game (in my opinion) is much better than H1Z1: KotK, although where H1 is more straightforward, this game is more tactical and but I think easier to pick up. The leaning helps to retain cover and the smaller map size makes for a more enjoyable experience.

If you like Battle Royal type games like H1 and ARMA's mod, then you will like this game. To be honest, I've had a lot more fun with this than H1 and for those complaining about servers in other regions like AU, give it some time.

Edit 31/3/17: Bluehole have added Australian servers.

So far so good! Characters are relateable and their interactions feel realistic and story so far is cool. The menu UI as well as the phone's UI are great. Getting Mr Robot vibes from some of the crew.

Also, probably the first game I've bought this year that wasn't broken on release. No framerate issues, no crashes. Ubisoft actually done good. Can't believe I said it, but kudos.

Game would not launch for me at all. Tried every fix found on the net to no avail. Contacted Ubisoft to no response. This should not happen in this day and age. No one should have to find a way to make a game to run.

It's also been a problem SINCE BETA. Seriously?

I mean it's alright. Still have a lot of things they need to fix. Better anti cheat would be nice too.
