Atmosphere, level and character design, this is what stands out the most in this game. It's just amazing. As if Forbidden siren and Silent Hill 2/3 had a child with a slight addition of dungeon crawler. I can only commend the artistc vision of this.

Game seemed really hard at first, but after prevailing all these hardships I can say that it's really well balanced in my opinion. I genuinely had a lot of fun getting constantly lost without getting overwhelmed with what to do. The puzzles are really down to earth and straightforward.

What I liked the most was the stalker enemy Nuribotoke that spawns in almost every section of the map. It was such a good idea to add this yōkai to spice up the game's tension.

To say it in short, I liked absolutely everything (except the long ass stupid annoying dogs) about this game and I really wish it was longer.

I can't say enough how much I want to commend this game on variety of traits this game consists of. The story itself, I deem very highly as it moved or shocked me multiple times. Gameplaywise, how you can combine many the archetypes together and always have a unique roaster is amazing. It's a far cry from stale jrpg with astoundingly crafted designs and visuals - it's very satisfying. Yet the characters and how they're written, how they interact with each other stood out to me the most. Being my first atlus game, that may be the standard in these games, that I do not know. Nevertheless I wanted to share these thoughts in this review, since at one point i dropped the game for not having "the drive" to progress further kind of in the early game which was a mistake I'm glad that I managed to come back to this game and finish it. There's only one matter that rubbed me the wrong way which was the last 30 days of the game and the final boss. I feel as it was kinda anticlimatic to have to farm so much in the last part of the game. I spent a lot of time in bunch of dungeons leveling and raising affinities with other characters, yet I was tremendously underleveled for the final boss. May very likely be a skill issue on my part but it still annoyed me plenty

Gameplay wise, an improved iteration in comparison to the first entry. Nevertheless, I feel like there are too many enemies in lots of awkward locations. Regarding the plot, it stands really decent, nothing exceptional in particular. But what I really liked was the locations and how detailed they were. The corny theme park, ridiculous tv shows playing in some rooms through the game - I really liked those aspects

Great game, even for today's standards. May be clunky at times but the genuinely engaging plot makes up for it. Though the enemies in the end really pissed me off with their quantity and lots of health

The sheer amount of beautifully crafted animations in this piece grant you such a pleasant experience. Moreover the story, how characters interact with each other is so different from what I've ever experienced - they seem so alive with voice actors seemingly enjoying themselves
