The struggle is real. Work, pay bills, feed your dang pets and repeat that until you are a soulless sack of meat. Live your life people. Don't work your butts off and not enjoy life. Live it! Don't grow old and gray like I am and miss out on good times because you slave away. Listen to me kids, especially you Zoomers. My father worked his butt off his whole life just so us kids could pretty much have everything we wanted. But you know what? I would trade all the material things just to spend time with my dad when I was younger. He was always working, working, working. We made up for lost time at the end of his life, because he was retired. I will cherish these moments forever. Love and miss you dad.

The premise for this game is really unique. I wouldn't even call it a game. It's more like a social-type kind of platform. I didn't really know what I was getting into at first, but I love helping people so this is right up my alley. The only thing is some of the people that leave messages that you can respond to need some serious professional help. I'm not trying to sound mean by saying this, but it is the truth. I feel like I have to respond to these posts when they come up, but I'm no professional. Granted, I do deal with trauma-like situations for my work, but I still feel helpless when responding to these posts. Depression is a serious illness and it's not to be taken lightly. I know how it is when you're in a dark place seemingly without any hope. I've lived with it all my life and it's a daily struggle. Some days are worse than others, and it can get pretty bad. But there is hope to be had.

One thing though is human compassion and empathy go a long way. Don't worry about trolls on this game. You can always report these types of posts, and all posts are anonymous. Once you or someone responds to a post, that's it. Posts can't then can't be responded to after that. I think the developers do that just to make a safe space for everyone that plays. That's a great thing. There's a lot of people out there that just like to see the world burn and don't care about their fellow man (or woman).

There's a fun little cosmetic theme that they added where you have different rooms you can decorate with the stickers from posts. The stickers resemble different items that decorate the various rooms. Then you can use that certain room for the background. Did I mention the ambient chill music? There are many lo-fi beats that are relaxing and refreshing. It's good music to write and study to if you aren't familiar with that type of music.

The best thing though? You can ask for help also. Just say what is bothering you; your fears, anxieties, or questions about anything. Most often than not, there is someone out there that is in the same situation or going through the same thing. There are friendly helpful people out there that can offer great advice and positive thoughts and healing energies. You can also send and receive paper airplanes with positive messages for everyone that is currently playing.

Just be aware that this game can be overwhelming at times. It does make you feel good to help others, especially if you're in the same situation or have gone through it before. That will produce good Karma for you in the future, in this life and maybe future lives (If you believe in that sorta thing). If you love helping people or need some yourself, pick this title up. Love and light be with you!

What an addicting fun role-playing game! It's mostly text based, but choose your own adventure style has never been better. A lot of reading here, so if that's not your thing you might want to skip this one. The story is richly in-depth and gripping at times. The graphics, music and ambiance adds a lot of fluff and flavor to the game. The text is very descriptive and the choices you make actually matter and make a difference. This gem of a game kind of reminds me of the old solo role-playing adventure paperback books I used to play when I was younger. I used to really like the ones that you had to keep track of stuff on paper, like items and skills. This game also has that and your journal keeps track of everything, including quests, people and places etc.

I can tell there was a lot of work that was put into this game, and the journey is excellently crafted. I haven't got to the end of the game yet, but I have died a few times. A great adventure is to be had here! Have fun and enjoy the experience! Just writing this review makes me want to play it some more. I might start over and try a different type of class, not sure yet.

10/10 - Tell em' Large Marge sent ya! Hahahahaha!

One of my most favorite games for sure. This game has come a long way. There are many classes to choose from that have different styles of play. There is so much weaponry to choose from depending on the class you choose. I still don't know which class or character is my favorite. I pretty much like them all, some better than others though. You can play this game solo, but what is the fun in that? Unless I'm doing something specific like achievements or learning where all the tomes/grimoires are in the levels, I usually just play with others. Most of the time I host my own lobbies but there are sometimes where I just jump into an already established game or lobby. Doing that is some random chaotic fun!

The cosmetics in this game are many, but you don't have to have them to enjoy the game. Some of them cost actual money, but I am a poor penniless soul and can't see blowing my wad on such things, but if that's your jam go for it! Sometimes fashion is important in games.

The game play is fast-paced but rewarding at the same time. This is truly a great underrated game in my opinion. The banter between the characters is sometimes humorous and adds a lot of flavor to the game. Decorating your Keep with trophies and paintings you earn throughout the game is also rewarding, but it's also just cosmetic.

Content for this game keeps on coming, with a Necromancer class right around the corner this month of October. Just in time for Halloween! This is one of those games that have stood the test of time thus far. We'll see how far it keeps going.

10/10 - Spoiler ALERT! The stairs go up!

This game is a hidden gem for sure! The atmosphere of this game is beautifully done. The first time I played it I almost peed myself. Even after that, I would almost pee a little bit. The controls take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. The story line is kinda crazy, but makes the game really interesting. I love the graphics, especially the shadows because it makes the game unique. You might have to play it from the beginning a few times to really get the hang of it, but once you do the prologue you can skip it in the future. The game definitely has a creepy vibe to it, especially the music and the background ambiance. What happens at night you ask? Something, maybe nothing. You'll find out..

10/10 - Staying alive, staying alive.. uh, uh, uh

What can I say about this game other than it's been a good fun romp in the hay so far. After starting over several times and having multiple games going at once, (including a solo game), I can honestly say I've had a lot of fun playing all of them and all the characters i have made so far. Playing with friends is a special treat, especially with a full party. I've only made it to Act III so far, but I'm looking forward to getting to the end as sad as it might be. This game seems to have a lot of replay potential. My favorite class so far is a Bard-Lock. This game has been so rewarding even if you're playing by yourself. The non-player characters add so much depth to your party. The main story and character stories are rich and keeps you wanting more. If you want a great experience in a video game and love a good story with great characters, this is the game to play. Graphics and game play are top notch as well. Gather your allies and get ready for a fantastic adventure!

10/10 - Will go Dark with my Urges again. Mmm-hmm..

Overwhelmingly fun while at the same time being overwhelming, especially with all the dlc content. Love it though and I'm addicted. The different character stories are interesting to say the least. A great game with a bit of a morbid theme, if you consider this type of stuff morbid. I don't think I would do something like this in real life when I think about it. If you buy all the dlc's for it, plan on being busy and being all over the place. This doesn't take away from the game though, it just adds to the fun and makes the game a bit easier. Getting to the end is rewarding in itself, and it was a long time coming. The talking sounds that people and characters make take some getting used to, but it's all in good fun. A great game to play through!

10/10 - I'm inspired to write a guide for this game, but there are so many good ones already!

This game is so addicting! Bring some friends that know what they're doing. It helps. Why does shark meat look so yummy?

This game has been in Alpha stage for several years. You know what? Who cares? It's still a fun game, especially if you bring some friends along. As far as hours go, it's giving my favorite game 'Payday 2' a run for it's money. But I HEAR that's a dead game anyway.. (I secretly play it late at night though..) Waiting for Payday 3, but I might be waiting for a while. Wait, we were talking about 7d2d, right? Ya, it's totally fun. Now I'm going to go play Valheim. (Don't get me started about that game!) What have I become? Sitting around playing video games all day. *Sigh* I know. A fat lazy piece of 'S'!

What an amazing and beautiful game! I'm looking forward to seeing what else the developers do with it. It has so much potential. Love the graphics, the setting, the characters, and the interactions with Npc's. As far as actual travelers, meeting them is a special treat. I'm trying to play on servers that have actual people playing so I can have chances to encounter and interact with them more. The walking is a little awkward at first, but you get used to it. I highly recommend this game, but on the other hand this might not be for everyone. Some people might think it is boring, but I love role-playing games so this is right up my alley.

10/10 - Walking Simulator 3000!

Update: Wow, actually met up with a few travelers, totally made me look at the game in a whole new light. You can really accomplish a lot with others, mainly the challenges. You can get some good stuff that is worth a lot more to trade. I ended up getting the weapon proficiency skill, some decent armor and a decent weapon, which by myself would of been nearly impossible. Communicating with other travelers is an interesting experience, no text, just the icons and emotes that are provided to you. One thing that I would like to see is a way to look at other people's backgrounds and such (not sure if you need a skill or if you can even do this yet), and possibly trade items. Not sure if they are gonna implement trade in the future or not between travelers. All-in-all, it was a fun experience and I didn't want it to end. If you play and there are people on the server, goto a nearby town and you will probably find someone. It makes the game even better. Have fun! Hopefully this game will be around for a long time!
