Positives: Fun gameplay, interesting story and good graphics. Looking forward to the 2nd game.
Negatives: Only 7hrs long and fights were a bit clunky in small spaces (nowhere to dodge/roll to).

As others stated, it's not ready... but that's common with games nowadays right?

Bugs, performance issues and AI shooting you with pinpoint accuracy through the wall and door before you've even reached the door to their apartment. Enemy drug dealer is trained better than SWAT, even when they're wearing a hoodie and the swat wearing full protective gear.

Really wanted to like this game, but ended up refunding.

It's not worth the 2$ now, and I wouldn't buy it at 50% off.

This game will be in early access for the next 2 years. It's unpolished, unoptimized. 2080ti with everything off and on low with 70FOV gives me unstable 60fps.
Movement, aiming and driving feels like you're constantly at 30fps.
Also, unless you are 4players, it feels terrible to play.

4 episodes, 1 episode takes between 30min to an hour, depends on how much you explore. Perhaps 3-4hour gameplay for the price isn't worth it in my opinion.

It started out okay, but it became quickly too repetitive. The story, dialogue and world notes aren't interesting.
The dodging, parrying and camera/auto target is very clunky. There's an enemy that regains health if you don't parry their attacks, yet they constantly do heavy attacks you can't parry... and there's 4 of them in a small room with barely space enough to double dodge/roll.

Got above recommended specs and have to set everything to high and 3d scale to 77 to achieve 60fps.

Did not expect this from Arkane. With recommended specs (2080ti) the game ran with 30-40fps with both 1080 low quality and 1440p mid quality. Enemy density is scarce. AI doesn't move.
Refunded the game, perhaps I'll buy it on sale in the future

"game has potential" sure every game has potential. I've had some fun playing, but there are flaws you can't ignore. Characters feel like copy paste from Vermintide 2. There's no story except "You are not worthy, show your worth" x5. Lots of bugs, pretty much only 1 viable melee and ranged weapon late game for each character. There is no endgame, game simply feels like a chore to play. See "penance synergy", it's not that they're hard, but encourages solo play and toxicity.
Like others mention, game was released without game features like crafting and re roll.
My gpu is right above minmum requirements, and the game runs on everything low 720p at 30-40fps
Buy it on sale in a year or two.

This game used to be really great and fun, unfortunately all updates and servers have been shut down.
All you can do in game is change settings and controls, but you can't play on servers, lan or bots anymore.

I just love this game! 11.2hrs on record, but that's not counting the (+)100hrs I played in alpha and beta.

Sometimes you win by hiding in a really good spot as a prop that blends in, other times you get away with just being a big haystack in the middle of the map. Because who would be so dumb(/smart) to hide in plain sight.

Devs have done a great job with everything from balancing to map/customization design. They also got big focus on hearing the players feedback.
(F.ex. In beta, people complained a lot about hunters being able to spam everything, 2(?)days later a stamina system was in place for throwables. )

The best thing about this game? It's gotta be the voice taunts!
Nothing is more satisfying than a hunter that looks straight at you, but doesn't see you, and you spam 1 and 2 with witch laughs. Or you got a witch cornered as a hunter and start grunting right before you kill them.

TL;DR:
Buy the game, bring a friend (or not) and join the fun!
Don't listen to people who say blablabla, just another prop hunt game

Blockstorm is a early access Voxel FPS game from Indie Gala.

If I was going to compare it with other games...
It has most similarities with Ace Of Spades and other voxel games,
but gives me the feel of Counter Strike... except for the compeditiveness.

It's a really fun game to play with friends. I bought it today and have had a fun 3hrs on it until now.
Edit: Almost up in 110hrs now, loving it. Even if you got no friends who owns the game, it's loads of fun.

There's different weapons you can choose, every weapon has it's weight, the weight of the guns you use effect your walking speed.

The mechanics is much better than any other voxel FPS I've tried.
Weapons are balanced (no weapon in need of nerf or too nerfed)

Comes with map maker and character creator.

The music in game is also very enjoyable.
Ofc there is bugs, but thats what you get from Early Access.
Edit: Bugs is being fixed shortly after you make devs aware of them.
(Devs are very friendly and helpful & listen to what the community wants)
Already lots of beatiful and fun community maps, as well as characters.
