Used to be an epic game...now, should be renamed Payday 2: DLC Simulator.

Even though it's in EA and has a few issues that need to be worked out, it is indeed a creep-fest of a game and incredibly fun with friends. No jump scares but focuses more on the atmosphere to give you a wicked experience. Highly Recommended.

This game is what Diablo III should have been.

Reminds me a lot of the "Darkstone" from 1999...but this is pretty much Darkstone on crack. The art is very similar, while the gameplay is much much more (obviously). If you are a fan of the Diablo franchise, you will fall right into Torchlight II. While I still play Diablo II to this day, Torchlight II still holds a special place in the ARPG world for simply being awesome. Yes, it is easier than Diablo or DIablo II, but that's just like World of Warcraft is easier than the original EverQuest. Yes, of course it is. WoW holds your hand, EverQuest did not. So yes, there is some hand-holding in this compared to Diablo and DIablo II. But, overall...it's still a blast.
