It had its problems, but the fun of the actual moment to moment gameplay made up for it in spades.

The only real reason the game failed was because Bandai-Namco "forgot" to put ANY marketing behind it.

My favorite hero-shooter, I still miss it 😢

GET THE MOD!!!!

The "Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite AND BEYOND" mod (patroned by Maximilion_DOOD) actually makes this game both beautiful & tweaks the gameplay to flow even better.

Actually worth the money now, especially on sale.

Just remember that the mod can't give away for free anything the dev/publisher would charge money for (without getting in BIG trouble) so you still need to purchase the character pass.

Last note, my rig is not up to date, yet this game & mod run fantasticaly for me (*have not tested w/out the mod) so it should run great for you too.

Amazing game, one of the best FTL-likes I've seen &/or played. Abby games seem pretty good at what they do, & I wholeheartedly recommend at least trying their products, both now and in future.

The SimCity 5 we should have gotten.

(Yes, SimCity 4 happened and that one was good. The Bad one was the offical SimCity 5.)

Be sure to get either both expansions, or at the very least Brave New World, as they inprove the game so significantly that some feel as to say their practically mandidtory for the "proper" Civ V experience. And they have a solid basis for said argument.

Not to mention with both multiplayer and mods (seperatly, tragicly) you'll have many ways to keep enjoying the experience for a long time. I personally recomend the Mass Effect Civilizations mods from user Pulvia, as I, both a Mass Effect fan & a Civ fan, derived much enjoyment from them.

Good game, would recomend again. Though at the time of this "review" Civ 6 has long been out and is easily worth the time of someone looking at this game as well.
