If I pulled a DS3 player out of a hat at random, Tam would beat more than 99% of them. Just because somebody isn't on the level of like the top players in the world doesn't mean they're not good, and honestly, I'm not sure that Tam would be utterly disgraced in such a fight anyways. Hours themselves don't matter, but more hours is usually correlated with higher skill because a player has had more time to practice. Obviously, to what extent this is true varies enormously, but in the case of somebody like Tam I bring it up because he's been doing PvP for most of those hours, which means he's very likely been practicing for a very long time and increased his skill for it. I mean, have you ever fought this player? I have, and I will say with absolute certainty that they are far better than I am. How much hours matter varies a lot...but this guy has literally played more than an order of magnitude more time than you have, and is very close to the same case when it comes to me.
