At this point I can't recommend spending your money on the game. The biggest problem I see right now is that the longer you play, the less powerful you feel. By the time you're doing hazard 4 missions you're spending all of your time running away. You don't get that feeling of being powerful that Vampire Survivors delivered so well.

Loved the style of the game.. wanted to like the game so badly but the horrible AI, bad camera & vehicles made it impossible. In my 22 min I saw vehicles driving through trains crossing arms, hitting vehicles in front of them, stopping randomly even though you're not even close to in front of them, people getting stuck on walls so they just keep walking into them. And then once you get in a vehicle be prepared for feeling like you're driving on an ice rink. Every little motion makes your vehicle take a wild turn.. so much "fun".

That said there are recent patches so hopefully the game can pull a No Man's Sky and get to the point where it's actually worth playing..

Like nothing you've ever experienced before.. I'm pretty sure the developers were doing acid most of the time..

Really great game at 2x the price!

A really fun game that can be a bit hard to get into once you get past the very nice tutorials at the beginning. Actively being supported though so hopefully that should improve.

An Overwhelmingly Awesome experience! If you haven't already purchased this game what are you waiting for?

It's Factorio.. the game that a lot of other games are compared against. By now you either love or hate that fact so just buy the game already if you've been sitting on some weird fence somewhere?

An awesomely fun game.. way more content then I expected when I first bought it in early access.

The only reason I'm not recommending this game can be perfectly summed up a comment in the discussions about wanting biomes to spread naturally. As it sits right now all you're really doing is decorating the map with things. Sure you can change their colors and you occasionally unlock a new species but the core mechanic is you deciding where things go and they won't move much from that point.

Until biomes and animals start spreading naturally though it's just.. kind of.. dead feeling. So I'll still keep booting it up every now and then to place whatever new things they've given us.. but I won't truly enjoy the game until it starts to feel alive.

So my original review for this game was very negative as it was NOT ready for release when it left Early Access. Since then they've resolved the issues and added a bunch of nice content so the game is at the point where I'd recommend it now. That said if the game had shipped in a half decent state to start with this space would have been filled with love/joy instead.
