why sometime some survivors that not part of scavenging team in group get teleport to me, it so random and annoying try to get them back to base when they so far. I don't even wanna go to far to explore (superb survivors)

Short answer - you can't change them.

Long answer - The Superb Survivors mod never had those settings to begin with. Plus changing them would break the mod because of how it was written before by the previous developers. I had to write new code for PZNS specifically to add those settings. That being said, I have already left the PZ modding in general. Good luck! :ojigi:
