This is a 2 hour game that is very interesting. It has some basic puzzles in it that are kind of like TIS-100 or Spacechem (they take no longer than 2 to 3 minutes to complete, and there are probably about 15 of them).

The main interest of the game is that its story is very strange, such that it says you are locked in an arcade machine and someone is trying to force you to submit your soul and stay trapped forever. Everything that you'd expect with a normal game is not delivered (e.g. the options menu falls apart when you try to click on anything.)

You will spend about a quarter of the game essentially playing a "Pony Island" version of Pitfall/Mario; these can get boring if you do it repeatedly (and the game will make you do it repeatedly at one point).

TLDR: This is a 2 hour game with clever puzzle elements and a good story. I wouldn't pay more than 5 or 7.50 USD for it.

This is a short game (a little less than 2 hours) that basically asks you solve very easy Sodoku puzzles to recreate classic music pieces. If you have an ear for music it's a great little thing to complete. The puzzles aren't all unlocked in the beginning, however; to find them, you need to search for them in a point-and-click game. I didn't find the point-and-click aspect of it interesting, but the music part was great fun in my opinion.

There is a mode at the end that allows you to mix-and-match components of songs together to create your own puzzle, but who's really got time for that?

There is not really any replayability, but hey I got this game for nearly free so I'm not complaining, since I enjoyed my time.

Cool little game that's also released for iOS that you can waste hours on. I've enjoyed my time on it. The whole strategy of the game is that you want to fall to the bottom without hitting the enemies. There are platforms while you are falling, but there are also enemies. You can stomp on certain enemies to kill them (like Goombas). You also have a gun which shoots bullet below you, stopping your fall and letting you get your bearings.

I bought this for 1.99 and have certainly gotten my money's worth. At 2.99, it's kind of an iffy buy, as most people I assume will play just a few hours of it. It's certainly difficult (not Super Hexagon difficult) though and you will probably take awhile to beat all four stages of the game (I've got about 10 hours or so on my game and I've yet to win the game.)

There is also a hard mode for once you beat the entire game. I assume it will cause you to bleed in real life.

Been playing since 2010. It's a cool little game about getting cheese into the hole. There's a lot of spirit in the developers, too, as they will release special items for holidays like Christmas, Halloween, etc.

The big negative part of this game is its community. It's rather toxic the last time I played. You will also be lost when you first start playing, as a lot of the game requires knowledge of advanced techniques that you won't be able to master until you contribute a few hours into the game.

Would I recommend it? Hey, if you've got nothing else to do, it's a free game and it's fun when you put the hours in to learn. Would I recommend it if you're probably going to play 3 hours on it or so? Nah.

This is a strategy game. This is a long game. The average game will take between 5-9 hours. While you can save midway, often some people enjoy "powerplaying" their way to the finish.

Essentially, you pick a leader of a nation (e.g. Montezuma, Gandhi, Napoleon, Attila the Hun, George Washington, etc.), who each have special abilities.

Will you play as Genghis Khan and lead an army that dominates the entire world and wipes out the five other civilizations that you are playing in your game?

Will you build a spaceship and leave Earth before any other civilization as Nebuchadnezzar II?

Very fun game with historical facts (I've learned a decent amount of history from this game.) I recommend it if you desire to play an intriguing strategy game that on its surface is easy to pick up and play but can be delved into and modded to create the game you want.

The negative part of this game is the repetitive nature you will get with the game if you enjoy playing civilizations that aim to win the "Science Victory." Often it's just a straight beeline to Great Library, and if you are playing multiplayer many times the other players will just disconnect if they don't build a certain building in time.

It's soccer with cars that can fly. What more do you need?

Loads of replayability. I have 100+ hours. I have 80 hours in the original version. It's a really good game.

**Not a game recommended for the deaf or hard of hearing**

What can I say about Bastion?

+The soundtrack is beautiful. The only soundtrack that comes close is the soundtrack for Journey.
+Everything you do is narrated by a deep, raspy voice. This is probably 50% of the reason why you should try this game.
+Game has replayability to unlock all the upgrades for the weapons.
+Artwork is visually appealing
+You can change the way you play the game any way by switching out your weapons (there are like 12 weapons to choose from; all are different)
+As you progress, your bastion (which is your hub) gets more friends and characters added to it, reducing that loneliness that you felt at the beginning.
+The whole world is a mystery that you just want to keep on playing to discover more and more.
+There are challenges and achievements for endgame material.
+Variability of maps

-Gameplay can get repetitive if you are not switching out weapons.

The clash between the attempt at a serious story while also trying to make it funny with the "save the princess" cliche shouldn't really belong in a game. The game tries to be serious, but the developers load it with comical features (ravenous pink bunnies, goombas being shot out of a cannon, chandeliers falling on bosses to kill them, etc.)

The core gameplay I thought was excellent, but everything wrapped around it kind of sucked. Don't get me wrong, this is a great puzzler. It's not one of those things that you solve in one go. You will think about every level and will not know how to solve all of the puzzles automatically and will resort to the Internet for guides. It's actually a really hard game.

There are also speedruns at the end for replayability. The speedruns are of five levels you have played before, and then a speedrun of the entire game again.

Are the puzzles logical? Well, they should be. Often times I found myself just screwing around, reversing time back and forth trying to get something to happen. But sometimes I knew exactly what I needed to do, and I executed everything perfectly.

Would I recommend this game? Not for a $9.99 price tag. If it goes below 5 dollars, I'd say it's a good buy for puzzle lovers. If you are one of those people who don't appreciate a good puzzle, I really would pass, since this isn't the game for you.

I want to stress how good the level design is in this game. The developers really make great levels. The only problems are the distracting antitheses. Like I said before, I wouldn't bother looking at this game unless it's 5 dollars or lower, and if you are on the verge of buying it, only buy it if you really appreciate a good puzzle.
