The constant tutorials are a little frustrating. But overall it's a super fun game. I'm really enjoying it.

It's a *fine* game. Not bad by any means. Very enjoyable in the beginning. But the main game loop gets a little boring. The goal is to basically max out the tree. Which ends up being a lot of waiting. But it's enjoyable enough for the money. I think I got like 10 hours out of the game, but I haven't completed it. Not every game needs to generate 600 hours of play time.

Subnautica is an amazing game. It told a great story with fun survival and building mechanics. I was hoping that Below Zero would introduce more or different aspects of the game. While it has introduced new creatures and a few new items, it's essentially the same game as the original. It feels more like a small DLC expansion that a whole new game.

I bought this game during one of the 50% off sales and I enjoyed it for a little while. It has great potential, but isn't worth the money just yet.

There's not a whole lot of communication from the devs. So you don't know much about what's going on with the development until you're a day or two away from an update or something dropping.

There's also still a good amount of bugs in the game that make it very off putting. I understand that bugs are expected in an early access game, but there are bugs that make hours of work disappear in seconds. I can't see putting more into this games until I can be sure that hours of progress isn't wiped out because of a bug. If you do end up playing the game, don't play immediately after updates. Give it a day or two for them to fix the inevitable bugs that will come from it.

Aside from that, it's a decent game. The community is mostly OK. But once you get to a high enough level, the game becomes a little pointless. You just end up doing the same things over and over.

I definitely like the concept, but I'm going to wait a year or two before I get back to this game.
