I came at this game thinking I could model some of my favorite pubs that are 2 floors then have a hotel on the 3rd floor. Is this really impossible to do here?

Maybe this has already been addressed in another thread, but I built a Kitchen in the Garden, but the Chefs go inside the Tavern to make food even though I have them set to just Garden. They have everything, full chests, all the necessary furniture pieces, there doesn't appear to be any pathing issues. Why do they default to the Tavern rather than Garden Kitchen?...

1) why does trade end at 2200hrs and no more orders from the take out window, even thou the day finishes at 0000hrs. 2) Why in sandbox mode am I stuck with INFINITE funds. where is the challenge? Do I have to do the story mode every time I want to start a new game? Other than that, no crashes and addicting :)...
