This free to play platform fighter was criminally underrated, leading to a short life span and a painful closure of the original studio🙁

OLD: the Versus series is balanced on the premise that each character is broken in their own right, currently there are too many characters that are not broken enough to compete with the likes of Dante or Jedah and jesus the reality stone needs re-designed.

Dont pick this game up just yet wait for a few patches that might change some things. Right now the game is too heavily influenced by a few characters and reality stone dominating the game not how you play.

NEW Edit: with the december 5th patch bringing new balance changes and new characters to the table I have to say this game is now worth getting only if your a MVC fan.

characters are a lot more balanced out and viable since your no longer pigeon holed into picking dante to be competitive.

venom, widow and winter S can be fun as hell to play and learn so give the game a go now if your a fan of the Versus series.

Edit 2: game is now dead again and it takes an hour just to get a match

Game is good now just wish they did not stop support for the game, wouldn't doubt disney/marvel had a hand in that
