To be honest I am not really convinced. I didn't realize that there is a new Emergency game and for a second I was happy that there's still something happening in this game series. After playing the Tutorial and the first operation I was quite disappointed though.

I mean I can not even freely decide where to put my vehicles? I am forced to use predetermined positions? I do not like that at all. Coming from Emergency 3 and 4 it feels so dumbed down. I feel like I barely have any control or choice. Theres no resources to pay attention to like money or water supply and no interesting mechanics. The water in the firetrucks apparently just spawns out of nowhere. Nothing to manage. Crowd dispersion just happens and you do not have to use several officers to get the crowd to go to a certain direction.

Besides that, the performance is still terrible. Emergency 5 was bad, but this is even worse. I barely get 30 FPS in the tutorial on high settings with a Radeon 6700. The game seems to be optimized pretty badly. Now admittetly after the tutorial when I started the first operation I had around 70 FPS (while having a leaf blower next to me), but the that was not a good way to start.

It's a bot simulator. I mean there is literally more bots in-game than human players.
