There is a lot to think about when it comes to Payday 3. I am just going to sumup the pros and cons

Pros:
-Better Graphics than Payday 2
-Many quality of life changes in comparison to Payday 2 (unlimeted Zipties, closable doors, etc.)
-Good sound quality

Cons:
-Game feels unfinished
-To high of a price for a game that feels unfinished
-Paid DLCs to finish the story/finish the game
-Progression system that is too oriented on a grind mindest
-Story feels hollow (like there is nothing that draws me to it)
-Heists lack the feeling of replayability
-Constant online conection needed
-Third party account needed
-There are games with insanely better graphics on the market by now

Conclusion:
I don´t know if they can fix this sinking ship, but part of me hopes they do since I love the Payday series. At the moment I can´t really recomend buying Payday 3, since it feels like a cash grab from the devs. If you want a good Payday game then go back to Payday 2.

Tldr: Payday 3 meh. Payday 2 better.

Title promises not too much.
You are in for a huge ride on a rollercoster of frustration and hard thinking.
Is quite a lot of fun if you get a hang of it. It is a game that must be a bit harder to fully enjoy it in all aspects which are offered.

It is a good refund.
Played the first one and must say it didn't improve compared to it.

The game is in fact an a+ title.
And I "REALY" like the pc-culture around the game! I mean isn´t it fun to get banned for saying racoon, because it picks up ♥♥♥♥ as a slur. Also from now on you will get banned after mostly accidently killing your teamates, because corner peeking mostly ends up shooting eachother. And let´s not forget the good buffs and nerfs that "DON´T" break the game. Ubisoft also has a hard time fixing bugs and glitches which do the enemy a good olf favour. They simply don´t listen to their fans and love to make a mature rated title more family friendly.
AND LET`S NOT FORGET OUR FAVOURITE PLAYERS! The Hackers. Ubisoft has a good example of how not to do an anti cheat software. It simply cannot detect cheaters. I had countless games against wallhackers, aimhackers and speedboters, and Battleeye did nothing.

To sum it up you can simply say that it was a good game in the begining (I joined in year 1 season 3) and evolved to a crap ♥♥♥♥ of pc-culture, bugs, hackers and smurfers. I enjoy the game sometimes but else I realy can´t play more like two games before I start to get too salty and smashing my kyeboard at wall.
I would say Ubi hired good old SJWs to "FIX" the game in the end what resulted in me hating it more and more each progressing day.

This game is so funny that it should be called counter strike global hacking or counter strike global smurfing!
Had and have a lot of fun playing this game against only headshot players and guys with an x ray scanner in their eyes.
I would recommend it to every one who loves to get a virtual bullet to the face by a little boy from russia who calls himself the global elite.
Also if you love little russian kids who swear a lot you can learn the whole russian language you need to survive a single day in the town owned by the holy Putin and little kids around the age of probably 8 tell you how the sex with your mother was.
