A fantastic surprise from very GENEROUS and HARD WORKING developers!!! This game just poped up in my steam library for free. I look foward to seeing how Croteam plans on evolving this product.... it's a really unique idea. I love all of the Serious Sams and the HD games were insta-buys for me since the graphics looked 1,000,000 times better. Hell, the games still look really really good. VR support is above and beyond. Croteam rules. You guys made a fan out of me

Absolutely amazing. It changes your whole PC experience. Combine this amazing piece of software with, say, Rainmeter or RocketDock for windows and wew lad. Your computer comes to life.

The reason why this game is early access is because the developers have to release the final chapters of the game's campaign.

They have had YEARS to release these levels. Keep in mind that the Xen levels (the unreleased chapters) are a very small percentage of the playtime for the original Half-Life game. On my first time beating Half-Life, the ending Xen levels took less than an hour to beat. Most of that time was because there are many boss fights in these chapters. However, they only consisted of very few map files, meaning there was very little work for the original Half-Life mappers to create since the levels were small, simply designed, and had very little variety in terms of props and textures.

The devs claim that they are doing a complete reworking and overhaul of Xen.

They have been saying this since around 2009 when the free version came out. Then they released it on Steam for a profit. They still have NEVER showed a single image from the mythical Xen levels

Absolutely the GREATEST TOWER DEFENSE GAME on the PLANET. This game is a legend amongst TD and browser games. I put in hundreds of hours in Bloons TD4, and then when TD5 came out, I played it almost every day online in browsers. Now that it's on Steam, I had to buy it.

Yes, you could play it for free on websites, but this version has:

- More levels
- Can run fullscreen/runs smoother at the crazier levels
- Has EVERYTHING the game has to offer
- STILL gets updates after years of being released

It's unpresidented that a free flash game gets updated for years on end. I just had to support the developers. They deserve the money. This game has more entertainment value than some $60 titles I purchased

It's Doom. If you wanted a game like Doom I and II in the year 2016 with premium graphics, a killer soundtrack, tough AI, and fantastic weapons, then you couldn't ask for more.

It's the greatest game of all time improved.

The most creative and original campaign I've played in over 10 years. Nothing in Bioshock: Infinite is in any other game. The gameplay is unique and dualistic in terms of attack (you get a firearm and special abilities you can fire at any given time). Very impressive AI, amazing NPCs, amazing voice acting, dialogue, story, music, atmosphere, scale, everything. This game does no wrong.
If you buy this, it'll be the best game in your steam library.
