Nice little puzzle game. Satisfying solutions. Not the longest game but worth it on a sale.

Lovely unique puzzle game.

Gameplay is great, but i've played roughly 10 games today and only managed to extract in 2 of them. Some of which I spent roughly 30-40 mins in and then lost all the progress. Not through dying, but through being kicked back to the lobby or the game just crashing completely.

Not to mention the poor crossplay from PS5, almost impossible to add friends cross-platform.

It'd be a brilliant game if it weren't for all the issues. Will probably update the review if they get fixed.

Fun game. Great on the deck. Very unique, not really played much like it.

The only downside for me was that the gameplay loop could get a little repetitive, but maybe that's got something to do with me going for 100% completion.

Didn't know what to expect apart from it might be a bit disturbing. Very much enjoyed. As others have said, go in blind and just enjoy the experience.

I really enjoyed this for the first couple of hours, but then I started to get the bugs which made it unplayable.

After reaching day 7 I began to get a bug where my character and all other characters would freeze on the spot. This meant that the vehicles would also stay put because the NPCs couldn't get to them. My movement was temporarily fixed by spamming at my guy's feet but the entire level was completely broken and unplayable.

Would love to have finished it but the bugs put a stop to that.

If these ever get ironed out, i'll come back to it.

Don't understand why this wasn't just made as a new game? Cuisine Royale was fun.

Not really into this sort of thin but thought i'd go into it with an open mind considering the reviews.

Don't get me wrong, I quite enjoyed it and thought the story was cool if not a bit weird in parts.

The soundtrack is great, some true gems in there.

My main issue with the game is the pacing. There were quite a few parts where the conversations were just going in circles, repeating the same thing over and over. I understand that half of that is to build tension, but it was just excessive. There were some chapters where it was just a slog to get through.

Fun game and satisfying puzzles. Story was a bit wishy washy but I guess its better than no story.

Edit: Have played the DLCs since my first review and the puzzles are a lot harder than in the main game, but in a good way. If you want a real challenge, I'd highly recommend both DLCs, but especially Aftermath - that was tough!

Decent game in its current state. Yes EA are a disgrace and they shouldn't have released it in the state it was in at launch, while charging $60 for it yadda yadda... Right now though, (with it being on sale for under $20 and most of the issues fixed), I'd say it's worth it. Just don't buy the ultimate edition, definitely not worth what they're charging for that.
