works great on a Yeti Pro, even though a Yeti is still good. Basic setup can be searched all over youtube. Cheap gaming mic will not sound good, so get yourself a Yeti for around $100 then you can use Morphvox to its potential.

I would recommend this game. I know it's considered quite old, but this game is quite enjoyable.

Has microtransaction, but imo it's still quite playable. It's just mainly cosmetic only. Most/all guns are accessible from either earming or from the start. I would recommend this game for anyone looking for little to no storyline with pure multiplayer
co-op action. Never bored as each week or even monthly challenges, as they let you unlock cosmetics.

Edit: only thing I hate most are random crashes

Pros:
- Sort of relive the classic moments
- okay on fun factor

Cons:
- gameplay is nothing like the NES version
- AI is annoying at times like they know which direction you are no matter what
- AI too quick to open fire, thus leaving you being hit near instantly
- First time play can be fraustrating even for someone who played the NES version

Other comments:
Watch the link below to get it to work on windows 10. It worked for me and I was very happy. Would I recommend it? Only if it's discounted due to not being updated to work on Windows 10 out of the box, instead of me going out to fix it myself. Other reason to wait for discount is gameplay is not the same as NES version. Gameplay like I mentioned is annoying and would make someone not enjoy this game the same way as you did with the NES version. This game isn't terrible, but I find it okay at most.

for windows 10 fix:

Pros:
- After winning story mode and on Tower mode you can play as any of the bad guys you defeated
- controls feels slightly different, but ok once you get used to it
- choice of music style at options menu

Cons:
- Annoying ai
- Annoying platforms
- Certain stages don't even have bosses.
- At times, bad guys flood attacks all at once, thus making it near impossible to fight back
- Sometimes Roper floods throwing attacks, making it near impossible to fight in a huge crowd

others:
- NES Double Dragon 2 sprites, even though they could of also used the arcade sprites
- Controls were not as fluid as the NES ones, but it's still okay
- Not the worse version, but I could say at the least it was okay
- I give it a 3/5 score

Early Access Review
Glad this game came out. Thought it was only a dream when they announced the game, so far I love it. There are a few problems that need to be ironed out imo.

Pros:

- lots and lots of layers in edit mode
- the limit of edits are limited to your harddrive space
- best ai/logic for any pro wrestling/mma game
- huge community
- huge numbers of workshop items and still continues to grow
- consistant updates to steam workshop items
- undying community, so expect this game to thrive for a very very long time
- Xbox 360 controllers are supported

Cons:

- edit mode needs to have option to listen to entrance music.
- no ironman mode or anything else like some kind of career mode

Others:

- edit menu is slightly clunky, but still manageable
- "vsync off" causes super speed, but can be fixed by switching it on
- less moves compared to the original series, but still more than most wrestling games these days
- some edit parts of too few while other parts of it are plenty

Conclusion:

This game will still continue to receive updates and will continue development, so don't worry. This isn't just a pro wrestling game. This game is also a MMA game as well that even comes with an octogon ring along with MMA type damages and moves. If you want to know if this game is worth it, then in my opinion I say yes. For $20 it's very worth it.

A classic game worth picking up. Plays better then the original release, which is a big plus. Soundtrack contains both N64 and PC version, which can be toggled at the options menu. Game is always updated and with bugs always fixed.
